Narration : 5. TLC Plate Cutter
- Use the TLC glass plate cut into a proper size by a glass cutter.
- The glass cutter can scratch by the diamond at the tip.
- Set the head at correct angle towards the glass with appropriate pressure, or you cannot cut it satisfactorily.
- Attention needs to be paid to the sound and smoothness during scratching.
- Adjust the scratch with the edge of the glass placed below. Using the difference of level between the two glass plates, split the upper glass by hitting lightly.
- A faulty example will be showed.
- If the angle of the head and the pressure are incorrect the glass does not split properly.
